I was especially inspired by the network of women who support,
stimulate and motivate one another. The network is visualised by putting the female symbols in a square. One of the women is accentuated as a small rose in the form of a little ruby in a gold
setting.

The design of the second pin (Oslo 2009) whitch also was used in Baden Baden 2011 was by Martijn Verkade.

I find Jeroens design very inspiring and my design is in silver, one woman is special and she is in gold and in the centre of the group (ruby) She is cherished and supportedby the organisation
of women, the other female symbols. The ruby can also be seen as the rose that symbolises the DKG society.
