The International Speakers Fund Committee meets in September and November to set a direction during the biennium and complete or continue to work on the following action items:

• Approve and add new international speakers for a total speakers’ lisAssign speakers to present during the biennium
• Edit the application form
• Discuss the Committee’s Strategic Plan Objectives:
  • Develop leadership connections
  • Promote the use of Society resources available to members
  • Expand awareness of the International Speaker’s Fund
• Inform state organization presidents of the guidelines for acquiring speakers and advise to submit application form by the deadline of May 1 and November 1 each year
• Inform members of the guidelines for applying to be an ISF speaker. Topics may be presented in a variety of ways – keynote, workshop, symposia, leadership training, etc.
