The European Forum Committee updated the European Forum Operational Guidelines at their meeting in Tallinn last November. The suggested revision of the document should be discussed in every European State and then to be decided at the EF-meeting in Philadelphia 2020. The European members are asked to comment on the suggested revision of the document at the comments part within this post (see below).
